Our Pastor
Father John Tizio, C.Ss.R

Father John Tizio comes to St. Mary’s via Brooklyn, New York, where he was born and raised.  One of eight children, Father Tizio was ordained a Redemptorist Priest in 1985.

Father’s first assignment was at St. Michael’s Church in Baltimore, where he stayed for over 6 years.  His next appointment brought him here to St. Mary’s in Annapolis.    In 2005, Father Tizio was assigned as Pastor to St. Martin of Tours, in Bethpage, Long Island.  And from there he comes back to St. Mary’s in Annapolis as Pastor.
